David Ssejusa have been postponed.<\/p>\n<p>The Electoral Commission has confirmed that the elections that were slated for tomorrow have been pushed to Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Ssejusa lost his seat following recommendation from Parliament\u2019s Rules and Privileges committee, after he absconded from duty for more than 15 sittings without notice to the Speaker.<\/p>\n<p>The commission\u2019s spokesperson, JothamTaremwa says the army made the request to allow the army council hold both its meeting and elections on Friday.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Elections to replace embattled Army MP, Gen.
