The General Court Martial in Makindye has resumed business after two months of not operating. The Court business resumed minutes after the new Chairperson Brigadier General Freeman Robert Mugabe took office. Mugabe who replaced Lt General Andrew Gutti whose annual term of office ended on June 9th, 2022, started by hearing five files including that of Lt Corporal Richard Kirya, Sargent Joseph Kapasi who is facing murder charges.
