{"id":41618,"date":"2019-05-14T11:10:49","date_gmt":"2019-05-14T08:10:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kfm.co.ug\/?p=41618"},"modified":"2019-05-14T11:10:49","modified_gmt":"2019-05-14T08:10:49","slug":"police-still-investigating-ihk-dr-agaba-killer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kfm.dembefm.ug\/staging_h\/police-still-investigating-ihk-dr-agaba-killer\/","title":{"rendered":"Police still investigating IHK Dr. Agaba killer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><strong>By Ruth Anderah.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Police is still investigating a case in which a private security guard Ronald Obangakene is accused of murdering IHK doctor Catherine Agaba.<\/p>\n<p>The case has been adjourned by Chief Magistrate Prossy Katushabe after prosecution informed her that investigations into the matter are still on going.<\/p>\n<p>Obangakene is charged with offences of murder and aggravated Robbery.<\/p>\n<p>Agaba\u2019s lifeless body was recovered by police detectives dumped in the septic tank in GPS apartments-Muyenga.<\/p>\n<p>Obangakene was working as a security guard at the said semi -finished apartments where also Dr.Agaba resided as a tenant.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecution led by State Attorney Batson Baguma states that on April 12<sup>th\u00a0<\/sup>2019 at\u00a0 GPS apartments in Bukasa Muyenga &#8211; Makindye division , Obangakene with malice fore thought strangled Dr. Catherine Agaba and went further to rob her of a mobile phone, Gas \u2013cooker, a Flat\u00a0 screen TV, home theater and other\u00a0 Utensils.<\/p>\n<p>He is to return to Court on May 30<sup>th<\/sup> 2019 as police investigations continue.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Related Stories&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/kfm.co.ug\/news\/missing-ihk-doctors-body-found-in-septic-tank-in-her-home.html\">Missing IHK doctor\u2019s body found in Septic tank in her home<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Ruth Anderah.
