{"id":37522,"date":"2018-09-24T13:05:47","date_gmt":"2018-09-24T10:05:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kfm.co.ug\/?p=37522"},"modified":"2018-09-24T13:05:47","modified_gmt":"2018-09-24T10:05:47","slug":"boda-boda-2010-leader-kitatta-to-stay-on-remand-till-further-notice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kfm.dembefm.ug\/staging_h\/boda-boda-2010-leader-kitatta-to-stay-on-remand-till-further-notice\/","title":{"rendered":"Boda boda 2010 leader Kitatta to stay on remand till further notice"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong><em>By Ruth Anderah.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The bodaboda 2010 leader Abdullah Kitatta to stay on remand for unknown period after \u00a0General court Martial indefinitely adjourned his bail application hearing and determination \u00a0until further notice .<\/p>\n<p>This is because the 7 member \u00a0Court that was supposed to sit today and hear prosecution&#8217;s \u00a0submission in response to Kitatta&#8217;s bail application did not do so or even communicate the nearest date for its next sitting.<\/p>\n<p>However sources at the court that preferred anonymity disclosed that the court&#8217;s delegation is moving to Somalia and other operation areas \u00a0adding that a communication will be made to when it will resume work at Makindye \u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>This will be the second time Kitatta&#8217;s case is indefinitely adjourned the first being in June this year when court went into a 3 months \u00a0recess at the expiry of its term.<\/p>\n<p>Kitatta has since February 29th 18 been in detention at Makindye police Military barracks for offenses of unlawful possession of firearms, ammunition and Military gear which the prosecution says they are \u00a0a monopoly of the only the UPDF.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Ruth Anderah.\u00a0 The bodaboda 2010 leader Abdullah Kitatta to stay on remand for unknown period after \u00a0General court Martial indefinitely adjourned his bail application hearing and determination \u00a0until further notice .
