The youth including district councilors were arrested in an operation commanded by the Resident District Commissioner Samuel\u00a0Mpimbaza Hashaka.<\/p>\n
Hashaka says the operation is aimed at helping the district\u00a0recover money that the youth borrowed but they have since failed to\u00a0pay back.<\/p>\n
Nelson Olwit the Assistant Chief Administrative Officer says\u00a0the district had conducted a\u00a0series of meetings with the youth to see\u00a0how to recover the money in vain.<\/p>\n
