Pioneer Easy Bus has been summoned by Kampala High Court to respond to a case filed against it by a mother, who lost her son on 29 Sept 2015 at Bweyogerere in a road accident.<\/p>\n
According to the summons, \u00a0Pioneer bus is wanted in court jointly with Khilji\u00a0Enterprises Ltd which \u00a0owns taxi UAW 642M which allegedly\u00a0collided with pioneer bus and resulted into the death of Tadeo Sebunya who was on his motor\u00a0cycle.<\/p>\n
Pioneer and Khilji are sued by Nalule Gatrude who is demanding compensation for the loss of his son.<\/p>\n
